If you're staying in Cuba beyond the period covered by the
issued visa, you can extend it at the Cuban Immigration National
Center, Calle 20 e 5 y 3ra, Miramar, Ciudad La Habana.
Cuban nationals living overseas are required to have a visa
issued in the country of departure, several days prior to departure.
